Gathara Consulting Engineers Ltd supervises field geotechnical investigations which are carried out via drilling boreholes and/or trial pits on an existing site; and analyses the laboratory data of collected samples.
- Lavington Trial Pit – A trial pit was carried out to determine the level of firm strata.
- Diani Trial Pit – A trial pit was carried out to determine the level of the firm stratum.
- Transmission Lines Trial Pit – Geotechnical investigations were carried out for the route of the Isinya-Arusha; Arusha to Singida; and Mbeya transmission lines.
- Substation Trial Pits – Geotechnical investigations were carried out athe Isinya, Arusha, Singida, Mbeya substations.
- Ruaka Trial Pits – A trial pit was carried out to determine the level of firm strata.
- Kamakis Trial Pits – A trial pit was carried out for an apartment block in the Kamakis and membley areas.
