Gathara Consulting Engineers Ltd supervises field geotechnical investigations which are carried out via drilling boreholes and/or trial pits on an existing site; and analyses the laboratory data of collected samples. A report is then issued with the design recommendations for the various ground conditions; as well as recommendations of the suitable foundations and bearing capacities. We recommend that all sites have a geotechnical investigation carried out prior to commencement of the substructure/foundations.
