West Height Apartments Kilimani

This involved the design of a 12 storey residential apartment block in Kilimani, Nairobi, Kenya. It comprises of 30No 3 bedroom apartments and 20No 2 bedroom apartments. There was also the design of a swimming pool, gym and sauna/steam room, as well as a sub-basement and an underground water tank of volume 200cubc metres under the ramp.
Structural Engineering: This is a reinforced concrete structure with isolated pad foundations. There were also combined bases. The lateral stability was provided by the moment action of the columns.
