Ruaka Trial Pits

A trial pit was carried out to determine the level of firm strata. Trail pit depth was 3m. At 3m there was no firm strata identified, and a borehole was proposed. Also it was determined that there was a high water table, and that this was a swampy area with a permanent high water table.
