Membly Home 1

We have carried structural designs for numerous homes in the Membley home ranging from 3 beds to 4 beds. They are load-bearing masonry homes with some reinforced concrete columns in some locations depending on the architectural design. Foundations are strip foundations. For this particular Membley home the slabs were a mixture of hollow-pot slabs due to the lounge having long spans together with solid slabs of the smaller spans.
