Brick Park Project

This is a 12 storey mixed use development of shops, offices and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The Management of this project involved: Design Team identification, supervision of the design consultants during design stage; identification of a Quantity Surveyor and liaising with the Qs with regards to the Bill of Quantities, Tendering for a contractor to carry out the construction, supervision of the construction, and ensuring that the project is completed to time, budget and quality.
