ILRI Staff Housing

This comprises of 11 No staff houses. This involved designing the structure as load-bearing masonry supported on strip footing foundations bearing onto well-compacted red soil. There is an onsite septic tank with french drains onto the green lawns.
The design also involved designing the parking, and drainage works.
