Serengenti Apartments Kilimani

This is a 12 storey block of residential apartments located on Ngong Road, Nairobi county, Kenya. Additional facilities include a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and basement parking.
Structural Engineering: The structure is a a reinforced concrete frame made up of beams, columns and solid reinforced concrete slabs. The foundations were isolated pad bases. There was also a neighbouring apartment block that necessitated propping of its foundations during construction.
Civil Engineering: Civil works involved disposal of foul water to the county main sewers. Water reticulation of stormwater from the parking to the county drains.
