Tropical Towers Apartments Kilimani

The project involved the design of 6No storey of residential apartments in Kilimani, Nairobi, Kenya as well as a swimming pool, gym, steam and sauna and a restaurant.
Structural Engineering: The structure is a typical reinforced concrete frame of beams, columns and slabs. The foundations were reinforced isolated pad bases as well as eccentric bases at the neighbouring foundations. The pool was designed as deck level pool.
Civil Engineering: Civil works involved disposal of foul water to the county main sewers. Water reticulation of stormwater from the parking to the county drains.
